4 MIN Workout | Get Toned Arms in 2 WEEKS!! *No Equipment*

Hi everyone this is Momo! thank you for stopping by and trying this exercise🤍 This exercise is to get toned arms in 2weeks! you can do once or twice (or more if you want) per day for 2 weeks at least to see the result! (going by what ive got in the comment, one girl lost 5cm in 2weeks! she did it twice every night☺️) You can do this exercise sitting down, standing up, or standing on you knees... whatever you like :) (in the video, im doing this standing on knees b/c its more easy to change the position so you guys can see what i'm doing.) i summarized the questions many of you asked! i hope it will help🤍 Q. my shoulder hurts... A. You should try with your arms little bit lower than your shoulder until you get used to this exercise. and don't forget to stretch your arms and shoulder :) also, maybe it's because your shoulder is not flexible yet, so you should stretch your shoulder before and after the exercise every time! Q.i think it works on my shoulder but not on triceps... A.when you are doing arm circles, arms up and down with arms bended to 90 degree, and the last one( drawing rainbow wit your arms), you should pull your arms back and move shoulder blades. you can adjust the position and height to the point you feel the burn! ◎TIPS you don't have to move fast or do a lot of time in 30sec, but you really have to find your position and speed you can feel that it's actually working on your arms. when you do arm circles, ①pull your arms back and draw circles with your arms. ②bend your wrists lightly to your body. when you do up and down, extend your arms as far as you can and move slowly! while doing exercise, you need to be focus on your triceps! if other parts of your body get hurt or have muscle pain, you should try to be conscious of which muscle you are using, and focus on triceps to correct your move. if your biceps hurts when drawing rainbow(the last exercise), you should keep your shoulder at the same position and wrist your arms. or you can do the move turning over your palms!
