A youth from Balangir’s Mahalaxminagar, identified as Sourav Sambit Tripathy, has gone missing after bringing his ailing mother for treatment to VIMSAR, Burla. According to reports, he left the hospital on Wednesday night after sending an emotional message to his mother, saying he couldn’t bear her suffering. Based on the message, police and fire services have launched a search in the Power Canal, suspecting possible suicide. However, no trace has been found yet.
