Bihu is often performed in a group of girls and boys. Out of all the girls, there was one girl that stood out for the protagonist who he refers to as ‘Bihuwoti’, which translates to a danseuse. (female bihu dancer of greater significance). This song is a monologue by the protagonist asking questions to his ‘Bihuwoti’ with an intention to make her blush. The song ends with the protagonist telling his ‘Bihuwoti’ how he intends to get married to her and bring her home with a grand welcome where the protagonist will play the bihu dhol and make his ‘Bihuwoti' dance to the tunes of bihu.
