A Journey Into Czech Lager | Interview with Adam Brož - 10th Brewmaster | The Malt Miller x Budvar

We are very happy to share part 2 of this amazing project! In May 2022 Rakey and Jim spent a week with the team from @Budějovický Budvar in the Czech Republic. This was a chance for them to immerse themselves into the world of Czech lager, which they both adore. It was also a chance to learn from the masters of brewing this style which couldn't be missed. In part 2 of this amazing project we meet with Adam Brož, the 10th Brewmaster at Budvar. We learn even more about the techniques used to brew this beer and find out Adams advice for us to brew this beer at home. At the end of this series we will be releasing a recipe kit and full instructions on how to brew a homage to Budvar at home, using methods and knowledge learnt on the trip.
