It’s a tabletop flatbed printer with a standard vacuum bed and automatic table height adjustment. Mutoh UV printers are known for their beautiful, smooth color transitions and their ability to layer printing to produce ADA Braille style signage. With it's flexible inks, it is also our preferred printer for UV DTF. UV DTF Printing works by UV printing on a specific paper like film. The laminator uses heat and pressure to press the two sheets together creating transfers. Now you can cut your transfers to size and peel away the carrier sheet. These film transfers will be really sticky so you have to be precise and careful when pressing them onto items. You don't need much pressure for this next step. All you have to do is lightly press them to the object and peel away the clear film. Our laminator is available for our Mutoh XpertJet 661UF customers. UV Direct-to-Film printing is the best way to customize hard to print items. Anything with ridges, beveled edges, or if they are too big to fit into the uv printer.
