FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC - A high-performance deburring machine for demanding requirements with boeck deburring wheels The FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC is a deburring machine designed specifically for use in industrial manufacturing. With its high performance and precision, it enables fast and efficient removal of burrs and edges on workpieces. The FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC features an automatic workpiece feed that allows for continuous deburring of workpieces. This enables high volumes of metal sheets to be processed in a short amount of time, reducing production time and costs. The transport belt of the FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC is 1000mm wide and has a vacuum suction for the workpieces. The machine is equipped with a powerful motor that reaches high speeds, enabling fast and precise deburring. It is also equipped with an automatic workpiece feed that enables continuous deburring of workpieces, increasing productivity. The FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC is highly user-friendly. Operation is via buttons and knobs, enabling easy and intuitive handling. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic suction function, ensuring quick and uncomplicated cleaning after deburring. In this video, the FLADDER® AUT 1000VAC uses six boeck deburring wheels. Three wheels rotate clockwise and three counterclockwise to evenly process the workpiece. The six boeck deburring wheels are mounted on an oscillating rotary unit. The boeck deburring wheels are equipped with grinding flaps in a 60° slitting, also known as X-Cut. This ensures that the wheels grip more evenly into the recesses of the workpiece, leaving a diffuse line finish on the workpiece surface.
