Breville Barista Touch Impress: My Morning Routine

In this video, I show you our morning routine of making a cappuccino and latte macchiato with the Breville Barista Touch Impress, that I have been testing out. I really like the fact that the functions are decoupled: you can grind and pre-heat your cup with water at the same time. Or, you can extract an espresso, and grind for the next shot simultaneously (provided you have 2 portafilters). This machine also comes with auto-frothing, which is hit and miss for me. I use the steam wand manually, and that works super great for me: I get some amazing milk foam for lattes and cappuccinos, with little effort. The steam wand is also really nice to wipe off. This machine includes the delightful integrated tamper, and a touch screen whose implementation is well done.
