Video shows mob attack on Nigerian at mall in Greater Noida

In a disturbing video that has emerged shows a mob attacking Nigerian students brutally in Greater Noida, they were left bleeding on the road. The incident happened when 100 people were marching in protest against the death of a local student when some of them turned violent and attacked Nigerians who were shopping in the area. The footage, apparently filmed on a mobile phone at the Ansal Plaza Mall, has been shared on WhatsApp by the Association of African Students in India. The video shows an African man is kicked, punched and beaten with dustbins by the mob. The police have crested seven people and identified 54 locals who were part of the mob. External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj who had promised "immediate action" had spoken to UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Swaraj Ms Swaraj said the Chief Minister has promised a "fair and impartial" investigation.
