Children's and Household's tales - that's the original title of a collection of stories that are today known as the Grimm's Fairy Tales. The Brothers Grimm devoted their life's work to collecting and preserving German folk tales. They believed these stories were the purest manifestation of German culture, and through them these tales became a part of the world's heritage.
