DAY 12 28 Day Challenge- A fire every day! Well what a beautiful day to get out a make a fire! A lull in the blizzard gave me the chance to cook up a campfire classic- Beans and Wienies! Plus, I whoop up some amazing snow ice cream- you won't believe how good it is! You gotta try it! Although you might not think this kind of weather is good campfire weather, once you dress properly and get out in it it's wonderful! A nice shelter helps! Get outside and get happy. Less news. More fire! SNOW ICE CREAM 1 can evaporated milk 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar 2.5 teaspoons pure vanilla hot cocoa packet (for chocolate flavor) Whisk first 4 ingredients until thoroughly blended in a large bowl. With another bowl, harvest some fresh, fluffy snow. Slowly fold in snow to base mix, adding snow to desired consistency. Add hot cocoa powder to make chocolate. Keep covered in freezer. ENJOY!
