Secondly, though, I just gotta say, I freaking hate you guys… Alright Can You Beat Borderlands 2 with ONLY the Wanderlust? I desperately wish I could say idk maybe and call it a day but a promise is a promise so let's go over the rules for this run. This is going to be an Overpower 10 Ultimate vault hunter mode playthrough, for the newbies watching, that means all the bad guys have 4 times health, health regen, and they're all 10 levels higher than us. BAR will not be allowed for this run and the Wanderlust is the Only Weapon I can use. Here is the bad news, we kinda have to play Gaige for this run. Here is a peak at the build (zooms in on just anarchy) For anyone wondering, deathtrap will only be used for very specific circumstances, I also won't be speccing into any upgrade skills for him so even if his dumb AI would let him he won't be able to kill anything at this difficulty. For our other gear we will be using a basic shield, vault hunter relic, a low-level slag grenade, and the Legendary Anarchist Classmod. With all of that out of the way let's get started. Right off the bat, I am faced with one of the hardest parts of this run, mustering up willpower to click continue. Now if you aren’t familiar with the wanderlust you might be wondering what this thing's gimmick even is, well it’s a Maliwan E-tech homing dart but with 0 accuracy. Yes, that is its gimmick you heard that right, so if anyone asks I’ll be aiming with this eye for the entire run. It might look like it's accurate right now but that’s because it's so inaccurate that reticle doesn’t even know whats going on. Some of my shots could be entering the 4th dimension I honestly don’t even know. When using this thing the only way to choose who you want to shoot at is being closest to the specific enemy, but if the bad guys keep moving they take turns healing and you never really get anywhere. Sure the baby mobs like monglets and brats can be taken out with relative ease assuming they’re alone, but you can say that for any unattended baby. Once you get to the thougher mobs like bullyrots though you start to realize the weapon you are holding was never once tested by the game devs. (why's it working) So our short-term solution to dealing with this bullyrot was to just stop shooting, it was literally dying faster by just watching it from afar than if we tried to shoot it because this thing might as well deal negative damage. The bandits taking up tutorial town were a bit easier to kill, 1 because they’re squishy, and 2 because I have passively been stacking anarchy this whole time. Over time our damage will slowly increase and if we can get our stacks high enough we can take this weapon from unusable trash, to barely usable trash. Big emphasis on IF because trying to get second winds with this thing feels like going all in on green at the roulette table. You know it's bad when you die multipl
