(some more points i didn’t mention in the video) 1-Oxybenzone (BP-3) and octinoxate (OMC), two common sunscreen ingredients, were recently banned in Key West and Hawaii due to their toxic effects on marine ecosystems, including coral reefs. 2- No new sunscreen ingredient have been approved by FDA for use since the 1990s despite all the concerns. 3- New generation filters are considered to be safer and are approved in EU, Australia, UK and many other countries.
