AssessTEAM includes a simple goal setting tool for your employees. Goals can be personal, professional or part of the organization’s vision. Learn more at www.assessteam.com Visit the Persons tab, let’s pick, Joe Wilson and click the Goals icon to set his goals. Select from the master list to assign job goals. You can also create new goals by clicking the Add a new performance indicator button. Enter a new goal, select the appropriate scale and click save. Evaluations can be completed using the link shared in the email, through smart devices or using the web dashboard. Click on start evaluation, select answers as appropriate, leave notes wherever applicable and click on the finish evaluation button to complete the evaluation.
