How to clean hearing aids by ReSound

Dr. Tony Kovacs at Sound Relief Hearing Center in Fort Collins, CO. In this video, he covers how to clean your ReSound behind-the-ear hearing aids. He also shows how to change the wax filter. 1. Clean/brush out the microphone ports. 2. Remove the dome. (the part that goes into your ear canal) 3. Remove & replace the wax filter. 4. Wipe down/clean the entire device with Audio-wipes (Really any alcohol prep wipe specifically made for electronics) 5. Clean the dome with Audiowipe by using your fingers to remove any ear wax or other debris. 6. Reattach the dome and do a slight tug test to make sure it is secure. We recommend that you do this once a month and for general troubleshooting.
