His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and Her Majesty DuliRaja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Am yesterday arrived safely in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to attend the wedding of the son of Dato Seri Paduka DatukSeri Panglima Haji Musa bin Haji Aman,the Chief Minister of Sabah. The wedding took place at Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Accompanying Their Majesties were His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Wakeel; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah; Her Royal Highness Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah; and Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The ceremony was to celebrate the wedding of the son of the Chief Minister of Sabah, Mohammed Hayssam bin Dato Seri Paduka Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa to Fitri Hana binti Datuk Haji Ghulam Haidar Khan. Their Majesties were greeted on arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport by Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar bin Haji Mahiruddin, the Yang Di-Pertua of Sabah and spouse, Toh Puan Norlidah RM Jasni; Dato Seri Paduka Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa, the Chief Minister of Sabah and spouse, Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Hajah Faridah binti Haji Tussin; Dato' Sri Anifah bin Haji Aman, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia as the Minister-in-Attendance and spouse, Datin Siti Rubiah binti Abdul Samad; and other state dignitaries from Malaysia and the State of Sabah. Also present to greet Their Majesties on arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport was Dato Paduka Haji Alaihuddin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Digadong Seri Lela Dato Seri Utama Haji Awang Mohd Taha, the High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Malaysia and spouse. In the afternoon, Their Majesties received in audience Dato Seri Paduka Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa, the Chief Minister of Sabah and spouse, Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Hajah Faridah. Also present at the audience were Dato' Sri Anifah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia as the Minister-inAttendance and spouse. In the evening, Their Majesties were greeted on arrival at the The Magellan Sutera, Sutera Harbour Resort by the parents of the bride and groom, Dato Seri Paduka Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa, the Chief Minister of Sabah and spouse, Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Hajah Faridah; and Datuk Haji Ghulam Haidar Khan bin Bahadar and spouse, Datin Rosna binti Haji Mohd Yunus. Their Majesties then proceeded to the Holding Room, where Their Majesties were introduced to the bride and groom. Among the distinguished guests at the wedding was His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the Sultan of the State of Johor Darul Ta'zim. Also present at the wedding were Dato Laila Utama Dato' Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, the Prime Minister of Malaysia and spouse, Datin Sri Rosmah binti Mansor; Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar, the Yang DiPertua of Sabah and spouse; Tun Dato Laila Utama Pehin Sri Dr Haji Abdul Taib bin Mahmud, the Yang Di-Pertua of Sarawak and spouse; and Dato' Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. Prior to the start of the wedding, Their Majesties joined a group photo session with the bride and groom. Their Majesties then proceeded to the Grand Ballroom together with Dato Seri Paduka Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa and spouse, Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Hajah Faridah. A Doa Selamat was read by Sahibus Samahah Datuk Ustaz Haji Bungsu @ Aziz bin Hail Jaafar, the State Mufti of Sabah.During the wedding, Their Majesties were invited to lead the `Merenjis Ceremony'. After the `Merenjis Ceremony', Their Majesties proceeded to attend the wedding reception,together with other distinguished guests.The evening's celebrations included a cake-cutting ceremony by the bride and groom.
