Health and Counseling Services

The medical services at Pratt Health and Counseling are provided without additional charge to all students, regardless of insurance coverage, although students are responsible for lab fees not covered by their insurance. Medical services are provided by Nurse Practitioners, Martha Cedarholm, Debbie Scott, and Alison Altschuller, our Registered Nurse, and our consulting physician. Students are seen on a walk-in basis as well as by appointment. Confidential counseling services are available to all enrolled Pratt students. All services are provided by licensed mental health professionals including psychologists (Dr. Vincent Kiefner, Dr. Sarika Seth, Dr. Lonette Belizaire, Dr. Victoria Kwon) and clinical social workers (Jernee Montoya, Hali Brindel). Pratt also uses a consulting psychiatrist (Dr. Jane Zirin) and psychiatric nurse-practitioner (Dr. Lori Neushotz) to provide further evaluation for psychotropic medications when needed.
