Felsen is a West Oakland Indie Underdog Semi-Supergroup precariously huddled around the music of benign, benevolent musical dictator and laxidaisical Hoosier genius, Andrew Griffin. Felsen’s “Live from Strings” is going to be a very special event. Better know as a nationally touring rock ‘n roll band (which has opened for Camper Van Beethoven, Marcy Playground, One Eskimo, Stone Foxes and Luce), the Strings concert will feature an acoustic version of the band.
