I am Der Geher and I'm out and about in Horn today. From the Bille, I head for the Horner Marsch allotment garden association. Behind Bergedorfer Straße, I take a look at Horner Park and continue along Horner Landstraße. Past St. Martin's Church, Blohms Park follows next. The path ends at the Rauhen Haus. From 1833, the "Rauhes Haus" farmhouse housed children with special needs. School and education were offered in residential groups. Despite destruction during the war in 1943, reconstruction and fire in 2009, the Rauhes Haus is still used by the foundation as a museum and conference center. Today, the foundation runs residential groups and schools.
