6 27 24 SMAC 350 Super modifieds at Seekonk Speedway

A few years ago, Dave Helliwell found himself in Victory Lane at the Action Track of the East. Fast-forward by a bit, and Helliwell was right back at the start/finish line celebrating at Seekonk Speedway again, this time in 2024. Helliwell used the outside lane to pass Matt Seavey and captured the victory in the 350 SMAC Supermodified 40-lap main event on Thursday evening. Helliwell said in his post-race interview that Seekonk is a tough track - one that requires a lot of mental toughness and focus over the course of the race. In the end, he had what he needed to get the job done.  Seavey finished second in the 40-lap feature, while Matt Caprara finished in third. Brad Babb and George Helliwell finished the top-five. They were followed by Scott Watts, Mike Christopher Jr., Stephen Duphily, Jim Barker and Ben Tinker.
