You stop trying to be somewhere else. This meditation invites you to practice landing. Coming back down into your body through sensation, weight, and contact. You'll explore your feet on the floor, the surface beneath you, the rhythm of your breath. These small sensations become anchors. They bring you back to what's actually happening. The way back is through the body. Through sensation. Through contact. And home is always here.
