I did this by making three firm decisions:✅ •Leaving at the Right Time: I refused to compromise my self-respect and walked away when I realized the cycle wouldn't end. •Channeled Energy: Instead of falling into destructive habits like alcohol or smoking, I channeled all my energy and pain into my professional work and content creation. •Staying Strong: I used the memory of what happened as a shield to ensure I never went back to a toxic environment, choosing instead to focus on my own journey. Today, I am working in one of the country’s best hospitals and growing across multiple platforms.
