I’m not currently exercising, do I continue to not exercise during pregnancy? Do I just walk or swim ? Or do I participate in free online generic one size fits all pregnancy workouts ? Pregnancy is complex and has many interconnected factors and training during pregnancy genuinely requires support from a pregnancy and postnatal specialist as well as information & education across the 4 core pillars of health which is why here in this channel and in my private community I’ve created a space that provides members and guests with multiple resources, community and specialist support.
