Hacky Sack Circle~Ashland Oregon

My friend Jesse and I decided to host a regular Third Saturday Hacky Sack Circle at the band shell in Lithia Park*, 10am-Noon, here in Ashland. Here are some highlights from our second meeting which happened on October 17th, 2015. We had a rule that if you touched the sack with your hand during play or said "I'm sorry." you had to do 10 pushups, so that's why you see us doing them. We had a great time as you can see. Hacky Sack is a great game really...gravity always wins...we just see if we can show a little style, have a little fun and connect with each other before it does...just like life. Good cardio, leg work, target practice, balance practice and overall agility training too. I practice barefoot at home and consider it a part of my overall T'ai-Chi training and practice. *Please note, if you're ever in Ashland and want to hack with us, that we continue to meet on the Third Saturday of each month from 10am-noon, but we now meet just off the plaza, under the bridge on Water Street outside Aqua Restaurant and Bar. www.GeneBurnett.com I hope this video has been helpful to you or touched you in some way that leaves you a little better off for having watched it.
