This unforgettable day out was filled with beautiful scenery, medieval history, and plenty of memorable moments. We arrived just in time to witness an exciting hand-to-hand battle reenactment, bringing centuries-old stories to life right in front of us. After the action, we took a peaceful walk around the abbey grounds, soaking up the atmosphere, architecture, and views of the Wye Valley. And although it didn’t make it on camera, we ended our adventure with a hearty meal at the pub beside the abbey — the perfect way to finish a fantastic day.
