Los Angeles, CA - Sphinx Medical Technologies, Inc. announces the release of their two newest products designed to facilitate creating patient appointments and permitting the physician or “on-call physician” to respond to after office hours telephone calls from patients directly from their personal smartphone. Both products are already in use and meeting with great success. The Patient Self-Scheduler permits patients, using only a computer or smartphone, to make their own patient appointments without the need for a receptionist or other office staff. The after-hours smartphone app allows a physician the ability to respond to a patient call using either voice, text or message response choices, while being able to access the complete patient medical record and then, if necessary, order a prescription and send it directly to the patient pharmacy of choice – all from the convenience of the physician’s phone and without the need for a costly after-hours answering service.
