Easy to make and full of cozy flavor. 🎃 🎃 Ingredients for Pumpkin Cake: • 🥚 Four eggs • 🌾 Two cups of flour • 🌰 One teaspoon of cinnamon powder • 🍂 Half a teaspoon of nutmeg • 🧂 Half a teaspoon of salt • 🧪 One teaspoon of baking soda • 🧁 One teaspoon of baking powder • 🎃 600 grams of pumpkin puree • 🍚 260 grams of sugar • 🍯 60 grams of brown sugar • 🛢 Eight tablespoons of vegetable oil • 🍦 Two teaspoons of vanilla extract ⸻ 🧁 Ingredients for Cream Cheese Filling: • 🧀 150 grams of cream cheese • 🍚 Two tablespoons of sugar • 🥚 One egg yolk • 🍦 One tablespoon of vanilla extract ⸻ 🥄 Instructions for Cream Cheese Filling: We poured all the ingredients into a bowl, that is, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla extract, stirred with a spatula and set aside. ⸻ 🍰 Instructions for Cake: We beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer for one minute until smooth. We bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Then we test with a wooden skewer.
