Mundia is Senior Manager in the Technology Risk practice based in Zurich. Born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia, Mundia earned her BSc (Hons) Computing from Greenwich University, London. In 2019 she moved to Switzerland where she joined EY as a consultant. Mundia helps bring together teams across the globe to deliver on complex IT audits and digital transformation projects. She is a mom of 2 who is also passionate about fitness and health. In 2021 she won the Swiss Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (SNBF) championship for the over 35 and overall figure category. Deniz Kayadelen a M.Sc. business psychologist, leading the EY Talent Management Consulting in Switzerland and has more than 11 years consulting experience in the area of talent and change management. She is a ICF certified transformative coach, certified change manager and design thinking expert. She supports companies in their individual and organizational transformation journey, is specialized in future of talent management, competency development and human psychology. Beside her work, Deniz is an inspirational speaker and the bestselling author of “Out of Comfort Zone” as well as an extreme swimmer - World Champion in Ice Swimming. Deniz lived in 5 different countries and likes to explore and unlock the human potential with her athlete, psychological and spiritual mindset. She believes that we are more than we think and can create magic out of our comfort zone. 75% of CEOs are women. The 10 richest people in the world are female. metoo is over.
