Meet Sayeba and her friends. Her home is in a remote mountain region of northern India that borders Pakistan. She dreams of becoming a mountain guide and political leader. In the Himalayas, where her father and grandfathers herded animals through high mountain passes, Sayeba and her friends are writing a new chapter. They trek to waterfalls, ford streams, push themselves on rocky trails, and return home with stories that change how they see themselves. These young Muslim women grew up knowing these mountains. Now they're claiming them while hiking in hijabs and knock-off Crocs, laughing over tea at the cliff's edge, discovering what they're capable of when they challenge themselves together. These mountains that they conquer are symbolic of the boundaries that each of us may face in life.
