A lot more involvement as far as the technologists being involved with surgeons and getting this surgical experience also. The hands-on training as a surgical tech as well as being an interventional radiology tech. [invasive radiologists performing various procedures around the institute] Invasive Radiology Technologist 2: Surgeons and doctors and radiologists work together on that type of machine. We'll do [inaudible 00:00:52]. The same thing, cardiologists and surgeons work together in a specialized room. There's no other place can find that type of equipment. Invasive Radiology Technologist 3: In room eight, we have new flex arm equipment. The machine can do a complete 360 rotation so you won't have to move the table as much. So that's very innovative. Invasive Radiology Technologist 2: At Baptist Health, they encourage you to go move ahead into your career ladder by training and giving lectures to all the individuals working outside the system. And that helps you to move along to another step of your career. Invasive Radiology Technologist 1: There is a clinical ladder, so that's an opportunity to learn more as you move up the ladder. Invasive Radiology Technologist 3: You learn from everybody, everyone has different ways of doing things, and it's great to be able to expand your knowledge, watching them prepare for something that maybe you didn't know how to do or that you do differently and maybe you like how they do it.
