To do this, we’ll have a look at how we set up a manual trade, and as we go through each part, we’ll see what the traders we copy are actually having to consider, and make choices about on our behalf.There’s a lot that goes into a trade, so we’ll break it down and bit by bit we’ll see the factors they’re watching. It always helps to know more, and many of us are complete beginners when we come to eToro. Learning about the basics of trading took me a while, as there’s a lot to learn, so we’ll go over it part by part. Things we’ll cover include choosing assets, fundamental and technical analysis, setting ‘stop losses’ and ‘take profits’, and a basic introduction to the concept of leverage in trading and what overnight and weekend fees are. We’ll have a look at the many choices faces by the investors who we’re copying on eToro and also see what control we’re left with once we are copying one of these traders.
