S2E38 my mast gets stepped!!! (Dominican Republic)

The mast got stepped today! It’s keel-stepped and I’ve secured it via the running rigging until the boat splashes, the bowsprit is repaired, and the bumpkin is installed. Then I’ll finish building and tuning the rig. Big thanks to Martin, Austin, and Brock who helped me so much in getting the mast to this condition, to Craig and Dylan who did an amazing job with the step (the mast fit perfectly) and other mast hardware, and to the crane operator, David, and all the other guys who were flawless in carrying out the operation.
