Werewolf Bust Speed Sculpt in Sculptris

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my channel and checking out my first video. This is a digital speed sculpt (NOT a tutorial of any kind) in a program called Sculptris. Sculptris is a free but powerful program from the makers of Zbrush. It is a great program to learn how to digitally sculpt with easy-to-use tools and controls. I personally began digitally sculpting in October (about three months ago) when I got my first 3D printer. I only sculpted simple, cartoon things at first. This was my second realistic digital sculpture I ever did, but my first realistic sculpture done in Sculptris (the other I did in Blender). In addition, this is my first digital werewolf sculpture. I have, however, sculpted many werewolves out of clay. At the end, you will see the sculpture on a base in a different program. This program is called Blender. Blender is another free program that is even more powerful than Sculptris, however, it has more complicated controls. I used Blender, in this case, to attach the werewolf bust to the base. I didn't have a plan when I began this sculpture, so a lot of it is trial and error. This is the best way to learn!. The last pictures are the finished product after I 3D printed and painted it. It sold very quickly, but expect more in my Etsy shop as I can make them and paint them. You can also request custom paint jobs on this base. I am currently working on a full body werewolf sculpture for those interested, but because I was transitioning laptops, I was not able to record the process of that one.
