To find more Slimming World recipes like this or to find out more about losing weight with Slimming World go to https://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/ serves 4 6 Syns per serving* (or Free if you have the feta as a Healthy Extra 'a') low-calorie cooking spray 1 onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 tsp dried thyme 400g cherry tomatoes or baby plum tomatoes 180g full-fat feta cheese 400g dried pasta shapes small pack fresh basil Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. Put the onion, garlic, thyme and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, season lightly and spray with low-calorie cooking spray. Gently mix it all together then place the feta block in the middle of the dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the feta is browned at the edges and the tomatoes are starting to burst. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and drain well. Carefully squish the feta and tomatoes with a fork (the tomatoes can really pop!) and stir it all together. Set aside a few basil leaves, then chop the rest of the basil and stir it into the feta sauce. Stir the sauce through the pasta, divide between shallow bowls and scatter over the reserved basil leaves. Serve straight away with salad or your favourite veggies.
