How to use this fruit? There are many ways, but I decided to prepare chantilly cream - it has a wide range of uses. I prepared a tangy passion fruit coulis which was added to whipped cream and the result was a cream with a tropical, juicy, tart and tangy flavor. Ideal for topping of pieces of fresh fruits.....so refreshing! 1 cup (measuring ingredients) or 8 fluid ounces = 237 ml Ingredients: Passion Fruit Coulis: • 2 pcs – passion fruit pulp • ⅓ cup – 75 g – 2,6 oz – sugar granulated • ½ tsp – cornstarch Whipped Cream: • 1 cup – whipping cream • 1 tbsp – sugar powdered • passion fruit coulis Tips for perfectly whipped cream: 1) Start with chilled heavy cream 2) Use a large chilled metal bowl 3) Start to whisk at low speed and after while increase the speed gradually and beat until stiff peaks form. 4) Don't over-whip it!
