Fatima starts the morning by going to the clinic; her stitches are removed and she returns home with some peace. At home, simple and human moments take place: she does some work for the housewife, drinks tea, and then starts washing her baby's clothes. Everything seems calm and routine. But this peace is suddenly shattered by the arrival of the landlord's son. A nightmare for Fatima and her baby, he enters violently, throws out the cradle and loudly demands that Fatima leave the house. A fight breaks out between him and his mother; her mother protests to her why she is behaving like this without permission and why she is not giving shelter to people. The atmosphere in the house becomes a field of tension and shouting. The operator enters and prevents the fight from continuing. To end the conflict, money is given to the host's mother to make amends. But this cold and soulless transaction does not diminish the bitterness of the story. Finally, Fatima and her baby are forced to leave home. Their path is to the mountains, where they must settle on their own property.
