Honda Groms vs Tail of the Dragon

Following one of the Deals Gap locals from the lookout to the resort at a decent pace. The other vehicles that we ran up on all got out of the way within a pull off or two after realizing we had snuck up behind them which was real nice. Finally made it back to Deals Gap aka tail of the dragon. This trip was for the 3rd MNNTHBX (Man In The Box) Smokey Mountain Crawl event. I had the pleasure of making it to the first Smokey Mountain Crawl event when the Grom seemed relatively new a few years ago and had such a fun time. This year being the 3rd event, word had made it around the world and people flew in from all over the place to be a part of this event and boy let me tell you what, I have never seen nor has anyone else seen this many Groms in one place. It was absolute Chaos in the mountains and full of so many different levels of riders and skill sets on two wheels. Luckily I was able to go up a few days early before the meet and got to ride before it got crazy. Long story short I had expected some crashes and people to get hurt as people that haven't been here before underestimate how dangerous this place actually is. Riding here can literally be seconds away from death or serious injury, thankfully we had nothing more than some busted up Groms, scooters and some broken bones. Thankfully nobody lost a life or caused any injuries that I'm aware of to riders that weren't apart of this event. For those of you that are subscribed to me, sorry for the lack of posting as I lost my GoPro after going out and riding the Grom in a hurricane we had. No clue what happened to the GoPro as a friend saw me riding into my neighborhood and happened to take a photo of me and I saw the GoPro still on my helmet.
