EU Settlement Scheme: How to upload documents for proof on your application

Have you sent your EU Settlement Scheme application to the Home Office and are waiting for an update? Have you received an email asking to upload proof? Do you know how? This video will show you step by step. Log on to view your application progress, selecting which document you used, for example; passport or national ID. https://user-auth.apply-to-visit-or-s... Type in the document’s number. Next, you will have to provide your date of birth in the format: day-month-year. Lastly, you will have to choose how you want to receive 6-digit security code. It can be sent either to your email address or phone number. You will have to type in the code on the next page. You will see your application number with date of when you sent it off. Underneath there is an option of ‘Upload evidence’. Select this to continue. Search for your file of where your evidence is, a letter or a statement bill. Select the file you wish to upload and then you will need to add the date shown on the letter. If the date shows one date for example 1 February 2019, then select one date but if it shows a period for example June 2019 to September 2019, you will need to select and enter the dates shown from the letter. You will have to do this after each document is uploaded. You can also give a name for each document. Once you have finished uploading all evidence, click to go back and you will be able to continue and send off the evidence to Home Office. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know the evidence is being processed. An update/outcome will be sent via email of the next steps.
