Tea with Tina is a series of conversations between Senator Tina Smith and leaders across the state. The Senator and her guest will discuss issues impacting Minnesotans and the need to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in November. The guests will range from local leaders to candidates running for public office, and Senator Smith couldn’t be more excited! This week’s guest is Lindsey Port: a nonprofit executive director, and a longtime resident of Burnsville, who is the DFL-endorsed candidate for Senate District 56. She believes legislators need to work more closely with their communities, and wants to solve the real problems that working families face each day.
