Remnant of the Historic Belleview Biltmore becomes the Belleview Inn

The official unveiling of the Belleview Inn, the surviving part of the historic Belleview Biltmore, took place on Wednesday at the site of the historic hotel in Belleair. In its heyday the hotel hosted such celebrities as Babe Ruth, Marilyn Monroe and the Duke of Windsor. The renovated section has 35 rooms which have been preserved at a cost of $13 million as part of the new Belleview Place carriage home community with prices ranging from $709,900 to $2.168 million.
