In this video I go over the steps from start to finish of how to glitter a pencil tumbler. Here is the breakdown: Paint Base Color on Cup Apply glitter in sections. (Seal if needed) Epoxy Apply decal Epoxy Standard notes: I let mod podge dry at least 45 minutes before applying second coat. I pull tape immediately after applying final glitter layer. I wait 24 hours before applying epoxy to mod podge to make sure it's completely dry. If you apply it too soon it'll turn the epoxy cloudy. After epoxy I wait at least 12 hours before applying decal. If you do it too soon the transfer tape will stick to the epoxy. I generally use oracal 651 vinyl and transfer rite transfer tape. I am currently using FX Premium epoxy.
