Jain Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients : 1 Cup = 250 ml 150 gm - Paneer Cube Take a Pan and add 1 tbsp - Oil 1 tbsp - Butter 1 no - Cardamom Green Small 3-4 - Whole Black Pepper 1 no - Laung ( Clove ) 1 no - Mace small ( Javitri ) 1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds 3 no - Tomato Big Chopped Salt to taste 1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder 2 no - Resham Patta Chilli 5 no - Cashew nut 2 tbsp - Watermelon Seeds Sauté well and boil for 5-7 min in Slow Flame After 7 min add 1 Cup - Water Again boil for 7-8 min and mix well And let cool Completely and Grind Properly like Smooth Texture Again take a Pan and add 1 tbsp - Butter 1 tsp - Oil 1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped Sauté well and add 2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp - Kasturi Methi ( Roasted and Powdered) 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder 1 no - Tomato Chopped Add 2 tbsp - Water Mix well , little sauté Salt to taste Sauté well and boil till Tomato smash little bit Add Prepare Grind gravy and mix it well Boil Properly and add 1 tsp - Sugar Mix it and boil 5-7 min in Slow Flame 2 tbsp - Fresh Cream Amul Mix well Take Paneer 2 cube from measurement and grate in gravy 1/2 tsp - Kitchen King Masala ( Everest ) 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves Chopped Add Paneer Cube and mix it Boil for 2-3 min in Slow Flame Add 1 Tbsp - Butter and mix it well and Serve ( add butter and coriander chopped in Serving ) For Enquiry call us at : Enquiry : 6380540185 9979961616 For Online Classes Download Our New Application: Google Play Store for Android Mobile Application : https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...
