In this video I replace the 500 Watt motor on my Little Machine Shop Hi-Torque 3990 mini mill with The Custom Crafters https://www.servomotorkit.com/ 900 Watt servo motor and controller. The LMS motor died on me during some heavy milling and after looking online for a replacement motor I settled for this all-in-one package to replace it. In this video I will review what came in the box from The Custom Crafter, how to remove the LMS 3990 motor, controller, and speed control, and then install the new motor and test it.
