EM-Technik Solutec GmbH emerged from PTFE-Solutec GmbH and, since last year, has been part of the emtechnik group as a new subsidiary. Its focus is on the customised 2D and 3D thermoforming of tubes for industrial applications. A wide range of tube end processing and the assembly of corrugated and smooth tubes round off the product portfolio. The tube lines are manufactured according to defined, application-specific requirements and taking into account the respective installation situation. This results, for example, in moulded tubes in spiral form, with flanges, drawn tips, bellows or compressions made of PTFE, PFA, FEP and other high-performance plastics.  Thanks to the affiliation with the emtechnik Group, tube lines can be equipped with the appropriate screw connections and fittings from the emtechnik range as required. This enables a technically coordinated solution, reduces interfaces in procurement and assembly and shortens installation time.
