The ABC studios building in East Perth is located very close to the Claisebrook Cove area, and the walk is straightforward with clear pathways. The walk is very short, approximately 550 meters (0.34 miles), and takes about 7 minutes on foot. Start at the waterfront in Claisebrook Cove (near Royal Street restaurants and cafes). Walk north-west along the main pedestrian pathways, heading towards the Claisebrook Lake area. Cross over one of the small pedestrian bridges that span the inlet or the Greenway Stream. Continue walking until you reach Royal Street. Turn left onto Royal Street and walk a short distance to the intersection of Royal Street and Fielder Street. The ABC Radio Perth building (30 Fielder St) will be on your left, on that corner. There is a Caffissimo cafe at ground level. The paths are generally considered easy, paved, and suitable for walking, cycling, prams, and wheelchairs. The area is part of the larger Claisebrook Cove Art Walk, a 5.4 km loop trail showcasing public art and the Swan River foreshore.
