This was one of the first motorized props I ever made and a great way to unnerve people as they walk by. The slamming of the cabinet made a great sound and set them up for other scares in my garage walkthrough haunt. It would be a great first project for anyone wanting to get into working with motors for halloween props. The cam can be made out of wood or whatever you might have laying around. I had some thicker PVC scrap material that I used and it worked well.
