The most decisive naval battle of WWII, the Battle of Midway was fought between the forces of the Imperial Japanese Navy and United States Navy on June 4th, 1942, 1000 miles west of Hawaii. A combined fleet under Admiral Yamamoto, engaged America's remaining carriers, the Enterprise, Hornet, and Yorktown. After a number of short, but intense air attacks the Japanese carrier's Akagi, Hiryu, Soryu and Kaga were sunk, and with it Japan's hopes for naval superiority in the Pacific. This was the beginning of the end for Japan's hopes for Pacific domination. The following list represents some of the more available games that relate directly to the Battle of Midway. The games are arranged roughly by order of complexity.
