Escaping Istanbul 🇹🇷

We escaped Istanbul on a ferry headed to a paradise island just off the coast! That island is called Burgazada, she is one of the few princes islands, a small chain of islands right next to Istanbul Turkey! First we checked out the ancient Greek church on the island before hitting up Burgazada's oldest bakery for some snacks. Now we had some sustenance in us we hiked up to the monastery on the top of the island, the views on the way up were bloody fantastic. We then hit up an old school tea shop for some Turkish tea and coffee. Time for the beach! We tried to find a nice clean quiet beach but things just went downhill, the beaches were absolutely covered in litter it was disgusting and not worth it whatsoever. Fuming about the beaches I went on a fat rant about how much I hate Youtubers and how they are all extremely boring and carbon copies of each other. We then took the ferry back to Moda, Istanbul AKA gentrified hipster hell and called it a day.
