Rich Interactive were asked by one of our clients to tell the story of how Bounce Foods have transformed their business through the use of technology. Bounce Foods was founded 10 years ago in Australia by a husband and wife team who saw the need for a healthy, super nutritious and genuinely tasty snack for people with an active lifestyle. As they grew, their systems needed to keep pace to cope with increasing customer demand and the combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV and Office 365 came to the rescue. As a result of their continued success, they agreed to record a customer reference video talking about the benefits of the Microsoft solution. With such an interesting story to tell, our creative team decided we could bring this to life by putting the video audience in the shoes of the Bounce Foods clients – literally! Alongside the interviews and footage of the Bounce team at work in their offices, our film crew used a team of actors filmed in the great outdoors to capture the end-user experience of a walker, runner and cyclist. As part of their growth strategy Bounce Foods regularly meet with potential new stockists; in their meeting with the buyers from supermarket giant, Tesco, they used their customer reference video as part of their pitch. As a demonstration of their scalability, reliability and innovation it couldn’t have worked better, the video gave Tesco the security and confidence that Bounce has the infrastructure to meet the terms of a supplier contract and the deal was signed!
