#golgol #Korean #banchan #vegan Hello everyone! Today, I'm sharing a super easy and delicious Korean side dish recipe: Miyeok Julgi Bokkeum (미역줄기볶음), which is a stir-fry of seaweed stems. This dish is not only flavorful with its slightly chewy texture but also packed with nutrients! In this video, I'll guide you through each step to make this popular Korean banchan (side dish) at home. It's perfect to serve alongside rice and other Korean main dishes. You can find seaweed stems at Asian grocery stores or online. From what I’ve seen, they are typically sold in 280g to 300g packages online. So, I’ve adjusted the recipe to use 300g for this video. Hope that helps, and thank you for watching! Ingredients: 300g Seaweed Stems (Miyeok Julgi, 미역줄기), 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 40g Big Green Onion, 60g Carrot, 50g Onion, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, Salt to taste, 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish), 1 Green Chilli Pepper Subscribe to our channel! / @golgolajae I live in Korea and I'm uploading videos introducing Korean recipes. I'm mainly introducing Korean food, but instead of traditional recipes, I'm introducing recipes that can be cooked in an easier way using ingredients that are currently used in Korean households. As a result, you can use imported ingredients instead of Korean ingredients. Just because a recipe is Korean doesn't mean it's made with only Korean ingredients. I'm just saying this in case you get the wrong idea. Business email: [email protected]
