Today's Gospel Tuesday, April 8, 2025 | Video Prayers Gospel of the Day Reading from the Holy Gospel according to John 8:21-30 Jesus said to the Pharisees: "I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come." The Jews said to him, "Is he going to kill himself? Is that why he says, 'Where I am going, you cannot come'?" He said to them, "You are from below; I am from above; you are of this world; I am not of this world. I have truly told you that you will die in your sins; but if you do not believe that I am he, you will die in your sins." They said to him, "Who are you?" Jesus answered them, "What I have been saying to you from the beginning. I could say and condemn many things in you, but He who sent me is true, and I declare to the world what I have learned from Him." They did not understand that He was speaking to them from the Father. And then Jesus said: "When you lift up the Son of Man, you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on my own, but I speak just as the Father has taught me. He who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him." When he shared this with them, many believed in him. Welcome to our channel!
